ส่วนสาขา The Concert Tour of 2019 ผู้เข้าชิงได้แก่ “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” ของ BTS, “BLACKPINK 2019 World” ของ BLACKPINK, “Enigma” ของ Lady Gaga, “Sweetener” ของ Ariana Grande, “Beautiful Trauma” ของ P!nk, “Man of the Woods” ของ Justin Timberlake, “It’s My Party” ของ Jennifer Lopez และ “Here We Go Again Tour” ของ Cher

โดยแฟนๆสามารถโหวตให้กับศิลปินผู้เข้าชิงในแต่ละ 43 สาขาได้จนถึงวันที่ 18 ตุลาคมนี้ ทางเว็บไซต์และทวิตเตอร์ทางการของงาน และจะประกาศผลในวันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายนนี้
