Korean Music Awards ครั้งที่ 12 เผยชื่อผู้เข้าชิง ปีนี้ AKMU ชิง 4 รางวัล! - ประกาศผลรางวัลจากชาวเน็ต Jay Park, HA:TFELT, INFINITE คว้าศิลปินยอดเยี่ยม

Korean Music Awards ครั้งที่ 12 ได้ประกาศ 3 รางวัลแรกจากเวที ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลป็อบปูล่าจากชาวเน็ต รางวัล "ศิลปินแห่งปี" โดยศิลปินแห่งปีฝ่ายชาย ได้แก่  Jay Park ส่วนฝ่ายหญิง HA:TFELT คว้าไป ในขณะที่ INFINITE คว้าศิลปินยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปีสาขาศิลปินกลุ่ม

สำหรับงานประกาศรางวัล 12th Korean Music Awards จะเกิดขึ้นวันที่ 26 กุมภาพันธ์นี้ ซึ่งรายชื่อผู้เช้าชิงในสาขาต่างๆ มาดังนี้
